Communication:
 Strong communication ability is one of the leadership qualities that most people care about most. The main task of a manager is to regulate the relationships and strategies between internal and external resources. Good managers listen to their employees' concerns and suggestions. Therefore, it is important to care that communication is not unilateral. Leaders often need to use their diplomacy skills to succeed in communication.


To be a good role model:
 Leaders are also a good role model to people.They are known by people as example person.They are people whose behavior is copied by others.




To take responsibility:
Someone should take responsibility and they are usually head of teams as a leader.But a leader doesn't only take responsibility, sometimes he/she gives responsibility to others , and he/she gives motivation and morale. This is leadership.




Motivation:
To make difference needs to enough motivation and a leader has to make his worker ready to work and that is impossible without motivation.And only the workers who have high motivation are good workers.




To find abilities of people:


A leader has to know people and find their abilities easily. A good leader doesn’t fear someone to have better abilities than him/her.Because He/she knows that he/she is a leader because he/she is the most available for this work, He/She doesn’t see any problem about it.




To set a goal:


Ä°f you are walking but you don’t know where you are going,you will just have spent your energy and time.So you have to set a goal before to start to do something.
